SYDNEY CELEBRATIONS
OPENING OF FINAL STAGE. BRITISH CRUISER ARRIVES. (Received This Day, 11.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The final stage of the 150th anniversary celebrations begin to-day. Twenty-six streamers and banners wil lagain adorn the streets, and illuminations will brighten the city and harbour each night. The British cruiser Dorsetshire and the cruise liner Empress of Britain arrived this morning.
