Booking is now open at the Arts 'and Crafts for the Recital to be held at the Opera House on April 5. Miss Nita Ingley in a soprano of no mean merit. She has been hearer to advantage at the Masterton Orchestral concerts and on Tuesday night she will give selections from both classical and modern composers. This will be the last opportunity for the public to see Miss Laila Story the only exponent in New Zealand of the Natural Movement branch of Greek Dancing. Miss Betty Coleman has already proved herself an adept performer in both character and straight work and will demonstrate her versatility. Miss Vera Gambling is an outstanding exponent of the works of modern composers and the old masters. Half the proceeds of the recital will be given to the Opera House Furnishing Fund. The prices are 2 ’6, 1/6, and children 1/-. Reserves are free at the Arts and Craft':.
