QTR : —We the undersigned owners of land O in the Carterton District, request that you will convene a meeting of the owners of land in “all that-piece of land, situated and being within the limits of the District of Carterton as defined on the selection map in the office the Commissioner of Crown Lands,” for the purpose of forming a Board of Wardens for the said District, according to the provisions of the District Highways Act.
