WALLACE has received instructions to sell by public auction at his Land Mart, Reclaimed Land, on Thursday, September 5, 1867, at 2 o’clock p.m., the following valuable freeholds, viz:— Sections llfand 13, Grey town, Wairarapa, upon which are erected those very' desirable business premises, known as the Post Office, consisting of shop, warehouse, dwelling house, and outbuildings, and a detached cottas e, always occupied at a good rental. The property is built on part of two splendid Town Acres, fenced in, quite clear, and grassed down. A large and lucrative business hj as been done by the proprietor, and is an excellent opportunity for investment.
