The Reform Mill has passed the Commons, and in consecjiience, Mr Gladstone has resigned the leadership of his party. The British North American Confederation Bill lias received the royal assent. The Luxemburg question, after a great, fuss, has been for the present peaeefnlly settled. Ex President Davis Ims been liberated, on hail. An exodus from Ireland to America is going - on at tin* rate of 10(10 per week. Dr. Livingston is reported to ho alive and well. The Queen is in good health ; the Princess of "Wales is slowly recovering’ from her rhnma'ic attack ; and the Duke of Edinburgh, leaves Gibra'ter for Australia, shortly, in command of tho Gala,tea. This is nearly the whole of tho reliable news received, and the remainder if sent by one telegram is contradicted in the next.
