PROSPECTUS OF THE WAIRAIiAPA PUBLIC HALL COMPANY' (LIMITED.) Capital £3OO, in 300 shares of £1 each. Five shillings to he paid on apiication and the balance by monthly instalments of 2s 6d per shave from the day of allotment. PROVISIONAL DIRECTORS : Messrs J. Hall, ETicehurst, R. Wakelin, E. Walker, E. Grigg, J. Baillie, A. Garment, A. Grigg, W. H. P. Jones, M. Hirschberg. CHAIRMAN AND TREASURER Samuel Moles, Esq. SECRETARY ; A. J, Skipper, Esq. rjMHS COMPANY has been formed with the object of erecting a spacious Hall at Greytown suitable for Public Meetings, Tea Parties. Balls, Concerts, Lectures, and other Public Entertainments. Such a desideratum as a really commodious Hall at Grey town has long been felt, and the promoters feel confident that the undertaking will r pay a good dividend on the money invested, probably, after a short time, 20 per ent on the original outlay. Similar companies in Great Britain and the Australian Colonies have proved a great success. Independently of such considerations, however, a Public Hall of the kind proposed must prove a great benefit to the inhabitants of the Wairarapa generally and to those of Greytown and its vicinity more especially. When the Shares are taken up it is proposed to register the Company, and call a meeting of the Shareholders for the election of Directors, &c. Application for Shares to be made to the Secretary or any of the Provisional Directors up to the 18th March. ORITZ HIRSCHBERG, Wholesale and Retail Storekeeper, Wine and Spirit Merchant, Main-street Greytown.
