The Commonwealth Bill.
(United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received 1.20 p.m.) LONDON, May 21. In the House of Commons the Hon. J. Chamberlain in moving the second reading of the Commonwealth Bill, acknowledged the Australians’ conciliatory and generous reception of the amendments. He was happy to announce that the Government was now in absolute agreement with the four delegates.
