NOTICE is hereby given that in compliance with section 114 of the Road Boards Act, 1882, and soctious 37 to 44 of the Rating Act, 1806, it is the intention of the Waipukurau ltoud Board, at a mooting to be held at the Board’s office, Waipukurau, on THURSDAY, 7th June, at 7 p.m., to levy a General Rate of one penny and onooighth of a penny (ljd) in the pound on the unimproved value of all ratable property in the Waipukurau Road Board District, tho said rate to bo for the period commencing Ist April, 1900, and ending on 31st March, 1901.
