A Hack shall mean a horse whose 1 • winnings in any race since the Ist of August, 1899, do not exceed £BO, or £l5O collective, at time of starting. 4. No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections shall be decided by a majority of the stewards > present, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. 5. The attention of owners and trainers is particularly called to Rule 76 of the “ Rules of Racing,” which will be strictly enforced. 6. In all nominations, description, age, pedigree, and performances of horses and colors of the rider must be given. 7. Metropolitan “ Rules of Racing ” will be adhered to. 8. In all flat races on this programme the winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights, shall carry a penalty of 101 b. 9.
