NOTICE is hereby given that iu compliance with section 114 of the Road Boards Act, 1882, and sactious 37 to 44 of the Rating Act, 1896, it is the intention of the Waipukurau Road Board at a meeting to be held at the Board’s Office, Waipukurau, on SATURDAY, 3rd June, 1899, at 8 pm, to levy a General Rate of Three-farthings in the pound on all ratable property in the Waipukurau Road Board District, said rate to be for the period commenciDg Ist April, 1899 and ending 31st March, 1900, the said rate to be payable in one sum by the 3lst August, 1899.
