Astronomy for the Month.
The son enters Gemini on the 21st of the month.
Full moon on the 25th. Motoury is a morning star during the month and is in o'obo proximity to Venus.
Vena*, rising shortly bofore sunrise, will be in conjunction with the moon on the stb, Mars will be in conjunction on the 7th, and Jupiter on tbe 23rd. (Two heavenly bodies are in conjunction when they are dne north at the same time). Jupiter rises almost due east at sunset and now presents a fine appearance. Mars is iu Oancer but is rapidly moving towards Leo.
Arotnrns, a yellowish star of the first magnitude, rises a little further north than Jupiter and about two hours later. This star stands fonrth in order of brightness, taking rank after Sirius, Ganopus, aud Alpha Oeutauri (one of the Pointers of the Sonthern Gross.) Saturn rises about 9 o’clock.
