Wellington, This day This morning the Chief Justice and Jadgea Dennietou, Connolly and Edwards sat as a Supreme Court to deal with the farther case stated by the Compensation Coart in conneotion with the Hatama compensation case. Toe principal question involved ia whether tho Compensation Court take as the basis of compensation the value of the estate in the open market, or the value to the owner looking to what the estate will produce. Argument is proceeding.
