Britain and Egypt.
Cairo, May 19. Six thousand landowners and prominent Egyptians, at a meeting held at Alexandra, resolved to cable to Sir Edward Grey, Secreary of State for Foreign Affairs, protesting against the continuance of the British occupation of Egypt, and demanding a fulfilment of the promise to evacuate.
