Canadian Loyalty.
Ottawa, May 16. Replying to Senator Lomville, Mr Scott, the Canadian Secretary for State, said to Mr Asquith's recent declaration the Union Jack was not to be flown on English public buildings on Empire Day, the only effect would be that it would be flown more generally in Canada.
