Alleged Attempted Murder.

By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, This Day. Daniel Kennedy was charged with having atempted to murder his wife on sth May. They had been married for 23 years, and accused, who had been drinking, pointed a revolver at his wife and fired, the bullet going over her head. A son said he did not think the attempt was serious. The S.M. reserved his decision as to committing Kennedy to the Supreme Court or dealing with him summarily.
