Burned to Death.

By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. The police have received information that a child three years old, Minnie Allen Rossiter, the daughter of Richard Rossiter, of Cooper's Creek, near Oxford, died yesterday from the effects of burns. The child was playing in the kitchen while her parents were out milking, and strayed near the fire. Her nightgown caught fire, and the girl was so severely burned before her cries at tracted help that she died shortly afterwards.
