London, April 6. Alfred Vanderbilt, the famous American millionaire, who is now en route to England, where he intends to run a coach service between London and Brighton (54 miles), is being sued for a divorce. The newspapers state that he has agreed to pay his wife alimony amounting to £300,000. The trial is proceeding in camera. St. Petersburg, April 6. The Douma Deputies now under sentence, who have been herded in the common prisons with murderers and thieves, owing to the Siberian prisons being already full, are now being segregated. Some have already started for Siberia. New York, April 6. Arbitration treaties between Great Britain, Norway, and the United States, following the lines of other treaties recently negotiated, have been signed at Washington. Lisbon, April 6. During the elections in Portugal the troops fired on disorderly crowds at some of the polling stations in Lisbon, killing and wounding several.
