BODIES LOANS ACT, 1901.* PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a MEETING OF RATEPAYERS of the Kihikihi Town District will be held at the Town Board's Office, Lyon Street, Kihikihi, at 7.'30 p.m., on MONDAY, 21st September, 1003, to CONSIDER THE PROPOSAL of the Kihikihi Town Board to engage in the following undertaking, to wit: To purchase part of Allotment 167 of the Town of Kihikihi as a site for a TOWN HALL, and to erect thereon a building to be used as the PUBLIC OFFICE OF THE BOARD and a HALL for the purpose ol eojoyment and recreation at an estimated cost of £7OO, and to enable it co do so, to BORROW A SUM OF £7OO at a rate of interest not exceeding £5 per centum per annum upon the security of the revenues of the said buildingand of a SPECIAL RATE of One Halfpenny in the pound ou the rateable value of all rateable property in the Kihikihi Town District.
