'EWCASTLE ROAD BOAR D Notice is hereby given that tho Newcastle Road Board intend, at a meeting to lie held on the 12h August rex', to make the following SPECIAL ORDER In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that "behalf by ' The Road Boards Act, 1882,' and ' The Local Bodies Loans Act, 19J1,' the Newcastle Road Board hereby resolveß iib follows : -That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £SOO, authorised to be raised by the Newcastle Road B nrd, under the provisions of ' The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,' for cuiverting, gradina and forming, and gravelling roaris, the said Newcastle Road Board hereby makeß A SPECIAL RATE of 1 -12th of a penny in the pound upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Newcastle Road District, con:pri»ing all lands in the said district, and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the curreucy of such loan, and be payalbe yearly on the firet day of September in each and every year during the currency of such Loan, being r. period of 41 years' or until the Loan is fully piM off.
