PROBLEM IN DIVORCE. London, July 31. M. Constantininde, a Greek merchant, petitioned for divorce from the daughter of the late Stephen Rollie. The lady, who is very rich, obtained a divorce in Dakota, and married Dr. Lance. The jury found that the respondent and co-respondent and the petitioner were all guilty of miscouduct, and assessed the damages at £25,000. Mr Justice Jeune reserved judgment on the point whether the petitioner's adultery justified the dismissal of the petition.

ENGLISH CRICKET. London, July 31. At cricket Lancashire made 36S for the first wicket against Gloucestershire. Maclaren scored 204, and Spooner (not out) 168.
