RIFLE MATCH AT WAINGARO.

On Satnrday, the 25th inst., a friendly rifle match was fired on the range on the property of Messrs Bull, between the Waingaro Rifle Club and the local members of the Waikato Mounted Rifleß, The day was a good one for shooting, and some very good scores were made. It was intended to fire 10 a-side, but the Waingaro Rifle Club were one man short. The members of the Mounted Rifles having their complement [it was arranged that their nine highest scores should stand against the Rifle Club. The ranges wore 300, 400, and 500 yards, five shots at each range, and the Riflle Club won the match by a majority of 29 pointi.
