ALLEGED ILLEGAL OPERATION.
(BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION). Auckland. This Day. Danjel Vinson Dossitor, was charged this morning with pei forming an illegal operation on Isabella McCallum in Auckland. The proceedings took place at the hospital in order that the depositions of the woman might be taken. She deposed to accused having operated upon her on three accasions. Mr Tole appeared for the prosecution and Mr Martin for the defence. The prisoner was remanded in custody till Tuesday next.
