SERVIAN AFFAIRS. Belgrade, June 25. King Peter attended a service in the Belgrade Cathedral. The Metropolitan, in the course of his address, declared that no one fell except <itod willed it. He greeted King Peter as sent by God to lead Servia to progress and prosperity. King Peter took the oath of the constitution before the Scuptschina and afterwards reviewed the troops. In receiving the members of the Scuptschina at the Royal Palace, the King shook hands with the Premier and Colonel Machin, Minister for Works, and a leader of the assassination plot, preserving an extremely grave-countenance. Some assertions have been m*de that the military rode amongst the crowd watching the King's progress, compelling them to cheer. Belgrade, June 26. The Kaiser sent a cordial telegram to King Peter, and Austria has resumed relations with Servia. King Peter re-enters Belgrade in full ceremony. He has amnested the prisoners undergoing sentences forpress and political offences. . OUTRAGE BY KURDS. . Constantinople, June 25. Kurds pillaged a monastery near Erzeroum, killing the priests. They also pillaged several villages, killing a number of people. A notable feature of tho outrage was that Turkish troops were in the vicinity, but did not interfere.
