IMPORTANT NOTICE F HAVING COME TO THE KNOWLEDGE of the New Zealand Dairy Association (Limited) that inferior factory-made or homeseparator Butter is sometimes sold as the Association's Butter ; and, further,' that second-hand ' Anchor'brand and ' Dairy '-brand Boxes with the Association's brand still remaining upon them are being fr'adnlently used for the conveyance of Butter which has not been made by the Association, this is to give notice that any persons using boxes bearing the Association's registered brands uncancelled are \ LIABLE TO PROSECUTION, and also to request that persons desiring to. obtain the Dairy Assotion's Butter should be careful to see that the wrappers are branded with the Association's name and one of their well-known trade marks either • Anchor ' or ' New Zealand Dairy Association. ' Any person giving information which will lead to the conviction of anyone pirating the trade marks or selling other Butter as the Association's will be rewarded.
