SERVIAN AFFAIRS. Belgrade, June 23. King Peter is lavishing honours upon the murderers. Colonei Mischits has been appointed Commandant of Belgrade, and all the members of the military deputation who waited upon King Peter at Geneva, including three of the treacherous officers of King Alexander's bodyguard, who lent their support to the massacre, have been appointed to responsible positions. The Ministry is panic-stricken by the action of Russia and Austria in virtually demanding the punish ment of the assassins. King Peter has started on his journey to Belgrade. A holiday will be observed here on the day King Peter arrives from Geneva. The Government will provide free wine and beer. A Bill granting an amnesty to all political offenders awaits his sanction on arrival. Paris, June 23. A semi-official Note, which has been published in Paris, states that the French Government did not acknowledge the notification of the establishment of a provisional government after the assassinations. M. Thesiper, consul at Belgrade,' is watching British interests. Paris, June 23. The Buda-Pesth correspondent of the Rappel, a popular daily paper, reports that the Bulgarian Committee has tried to blow up with dynamite the palace of the Turkish Grand Vizier. Many arrests have been made. THE SULTAN. London, June 23. The Times' Vienna correspondent, referring to the reported abdication of the Sultan, says that sanguinary events connected with the Albanian Guard undoubtedly occurred at Yildiz Kiosk, though tho extent of the trouble is unknown.
