It is announced that the well-known Eureka Estate, comprising 7000 acres of rich swamp land, situated about seven miles to the north-east of Hamilton, on the line of railway, is being surveyed for sub-division into sections suitable for dairy farms, and will shortly be offered for sale on liberal terms The Laos downo Estate of 3200 acres of excel'ent land, all ploughed and grass, d, will be similarly dealt with at an early date. Applications must be made to the manager of the Hamilton branch of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company, or at any of the branches ol the Company throughout the colony.
