PLAGUE IN AUSTRALIA
Sydney, November 18. A Reuter's despatch states that Italy has abrogated a decree issued on March Stb of this year regarding the arrival of steamers from Australian ports, excepting Queensland. The decree was issued owing to the existence of plague in Australia.
