CONDITIONS. All races to be run under the Auckland Racing Club’s Rules. A 1 disputes to bo decided by the Stewards, whose decision will be final. Every protest to be accompanied by 2a0v8., which will be forfeited if the pro' teat be not sustained. All entries to give age, pedigree and performances of horse, with colours of rider. No nomination or acceptance will be received unless accompanied by the necessary a count of cash. Nominations and entries for all events will close with the Secretary at Whatawhata or Hamilton on Saturday, Decern* ber 14th. Weights w ill appear in Till''.
