Smith of the prospect of an early floatation of a company to work the Taranaki ironsand. Mr Ell addressed a public meeting re a State Bank, and a resolution was passed expressing the opinion that the question of establishing a State Bank is worthy of consideration by the Government. Dunedin, This Day. Toe liquidation of the Ward Farmers’ Association has been completed, and Justice Williams has made an order for the final disposal of the books and documents.
