The following circular lias been nddresseil by Mr Spragg to all the creamery managers ;

* I have received a number of inquiries as to how many votes eacli shareholder can exercise and how many candidates for the diiectorship he will be entitled to vole for.

In reply to th> first question, each shareholder ni l have a vote for each share which he holds. Thus, a shareholder holding five shares will be able to cast five votes upon all ing a ballot. As, at the first meeting, there will be six vacancies upon the Directorate to be filled, tach shareholder will be entitled to vote for six candidates. That is, if he lias five shares lie will be able to cast five votes each for as many of the six candidates as he desires to vote for. He may not, however, cast more votes open any one issue, or for any one candidate, that the number of shares which he holds. Thus, to illustrate again, the holder of five shares may oast five votes for taeh of six candidates to fill the six vacancies. If, however, he decides to vote for not more than one candidate, he will cast his five votes once only. It is generally understood that each shareholder will vote for not more thiee candidates from each of the two districts That is, every shareholder who exercises his full privilege will select three upper and three lower district repres ntatives and will vote for them.
