(Received October 28, 9.56 a.in.) London, October 28. The Right Hon. Sir H. CampbellBannerman, speaking at Stirling, still favoured Home Rule, though no actual alliance existed with the Irish. He denounced the policy of subjugation and annihilation being pursued in South Africa.
