SOCIALISTS ARMING.
Received October 18, 9.25 Paris, October 17. The coal miners at Monceaux, a centre of Socialist agitation in the Department of Baone-et-Loire, have purchased 3,000 disused Gras rifles. The Government were unable to intervene, since the rifles are not military weapons.
