The Waikato Annus Office. This Day. ANNUAL BULL SAUL Mu W. J. Hunter’s Annual Bull sale was held in the Ohaupo Yards on Tuesday. Over 100 grade Lulls were ottered, most of them yearlings and 2-year-olds. They were all of a good class and wellbred. There was n good demand and with the exception of one or two all sold freelv under tho hammer at what was considered very good pi ices. MrSturges sold n few of his yearlings at from 9? to T2 guineas, Mr Bolts’ lot brought from 6 to 10' guineas, Mr Blaeket, from Whatawhata, sold his lot at from 9 to 11-i guineas. The above prices were for grade bulls of 12 to 15 mouths old and out of cow? known for their good mi icing qualities. Eighteen months to two-yeai-jlds (i-.Jj to iA girneas. Ag-d hulls from £5 to £7 2s (id, Ordinary -tod. sale. About 500 head of all classes were yarded. About 50 dairy cows wcie off, red and there was a good demand for u'l e'ose to profit, but backward springers weic a bit easier. Young stock were numerous and sold Turly well, but several passed. Several pens of grown s'ecrs were offered and all sold freely, with a slight improfcvment in values ; stout cows iu fair conditions also sold freely. The following are the prices. Dairy cows ot good class and close to profit from £6 to £7 I6s ; backward snriugets from £3 to £5 ; springing heifers from £3 Is 61 to £3 10s ; two year old steers £4 4s to £4 19s ; two and half to three year (del steers, £5 to £5 15s ; grown steers £7 7s; empty cows and heifers, £3 lo £3 17s ; fat cows, £5 ss.
