I hereby dcc'nre that the result of the poll taken on the 11th day of Oc'obcr, 1001, on the proposal lo lahc a loan (I) Fur the purpose of constructing Water Works, erecting a Reservoir, purchasing Pumping and other Machinery, laying down mains, and doing all work trees* saiy for supplying the Borough with an efficient supply of pure water.
