(Received September 18, 9.25 a.tn.) Washington, September 16. In connection with the steel strike the Unionists have lost all the steel tuba mills, and twenty others, but organisers of the Union were admitted to all mills. The Union scale does not apply to all mills; those started during the dispute continue non— Union. The Steel Trust has lost £30,000 daily since July, while the strikers’ loss in the shape of wages aggregated five millions sterling.
