(Received September 14, 9.37 a.m.) j London, September 13, PEARKS, Qupstone, and Tee, grocers, have been fined £ls os, including costs, at Wandsworth for adding (undue percentage of moisture in the churning of colonial butter with pure milk. The label explaining the blend was held to be misleading to those unacquainted with the constituents of butter.
