CHARGES OF CRUETY
Perth, July 29. An ex-policeman, formerly stationed in the Kimberley district, has given the Press details of gross cruelties perpetrated by whites on aboriginals, many of whom were flogged on the slightest pretence and otherwise shockingly treated. An inquiry is called for.
