THE GERMAN TARIFF

Owing to a Socialist paper publishing the incomplete German tariff the Government has published the complete draft of the Bill, which concedes the demands of the agrarians and considerably increases the duties 4 on agricultural products in the com- / mercial treaties. The _ minimum tariff for rye and oats is fixed afive, for wheat at five and a-half, and lor bar.y three marks per 100 kilo- . grammes. A
