VICTORIA MEMORIAL
(Received July 29, 1.2 a.m.) London, July 28. The committee have accepted the design of Mr T. Brock, the famous sculptor, for the national memorial to the late Queen, and the proposals of Mr Aston Webbl the eminent architect, for the treatment of the space in front of Buckingham Palace, where it is to be erected.
