A CONSPIRATOR'S CONFES3ION (Received May 29, 9.15 a.m.) Roue, May 28. PIETHUCCI, an Italian blacksmith, who recently arrived from Switzerland, attempted to commit suicide at Schio, in Italy. He affirmed that he was selected by Anarchists to kill the Kaiaer, and divulged the names of others, who he alleged had been chospn to kill Helena, Qupen of Italy, {he Czar, and President Lambert.
