THE CAMBRIDGE DOMAIN
(BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION J. Coibidge This Day. Yesterday Mr O' Poole, secretary of the Cambridge Liberal League wired to the Premier statin" that the separating of the Domain Lands, was a serious mistake, and asking that it be reversed. Mr Stfddon replied this morning : "Re Domain Board, Cambridge Mr Rout, the chairman of the meeting held on Gth April, forwarded a letter and, said ' that a petition would lie senS to the Government requesting that'the Domain lands of Cambridge West lie vested in the Pukekuru Road f;oar<l for future administration.' On the loth of April ihe Cabinet appr-ved of that being (tone, and I was not aware that any change had been made, but I will have the matter reviewed. I am sorry if anything has been done which is inin ieal to the proper management of the Domain." It was geneiilly thought that the Premier must have ceen wrongly advised re this matter.
