—«. KING EDWARD'S RETALIATION (Received March 'IS, 9.13 a.m.) London, March 27. King Edward's abstention from sending a mission to the Vatican to announce his accession is regarded as a retaliation for Cardinal Rampolla's Anglophobe policy. There is strong feeling in Rome against Rampolla.
