RUSSIA AND KOREA.
Received March 26th, 4.1 p m. London, March 25. Russia recently protested against Korea employing foreigners contrary to the understanding arrived at. White military instructors have been withdrawn. Korea is sending an ambassador abroad to defend her integrity.
