Dessert, ripe, 2s 9d to 6s 4d ; others. 6d to ss. Butter : 5d to 7d.» Cheese: Dai.y, 4ill to 4M. Chaff, £2 10s to £3 per ton. Lags, lOd to Is- Hooey, 3s to 4s (sections). Kumnras, §d to Id lb. Lemons, 4s_ tfl is 6d case. Onions : Prime, £u' to £6 os; seconds, £4 to £6. Peas, fid to Is peek. Potatoes : Good demand at £3 10s to £4 per ton for prime Waikato's. As Canterbury will be up in three weeks we advise growers not to hold. Plums took a decided rise to-day to 3s to (is. Peaches also sold high ; peats, speeiilly ripe Bon Cretiens to 8s case, and in good demand.
