TE AROHA JOCKEY CLUB. At a mootine of the Te Aroha Jockey Clui. it was deeided to reserve the course and grandstand gates. A ground committee, consisting ot Messrs Ferguson, Howe. Leona-d, Hemphill and Dye was formed, and the following appointments were made : Messrs Billing and Lferonsnn to measure ponies : Mr A. \> ■ Edwards, timekeeper; Mr Abbey, totalisator clerk: Mr S. L. Bygrave. t< receive to'alisator investments, Th' bookmaker's fee was fixed at two uuiucas. Messrs M. O'Mcagher an Schleseneer were elected as steward an I member of club respectively. Mr Jack sou Palmer, M.H.R.- was elue'ed a vicepresident. ....
