SEVERE ACCIDENT.
(by telegraph—press association). Auckland, Last Night. Capt. Butt, coastal pilot, was thrown over the capstan bar on the barque, Mayberry, through the capstan taking charge on leaving Wellington. He sustained rather heavy injuries.
