(11Y telegraph—press association). . Auckland, Last Night. Probate of the will of the late Mr William Arrowsmith, of Waiuku was granted to-day. After various legacies to relatives and others the will disposes of the estate as follows:-St. Mary's Orphanage, Ponsonby, .€500; Helping Hand Mission, Freeman's Bay, £SOO ; Auckland Benevolent Society, £IOOO, aud the remainder to be equally divided between the Womcu'a fciome, Parncll; and the Parnell Orphan's Home. It is not known what the estate will amount to on realisation ; but the. legacies to the two latter institutions will be considerable.
