SURRENDER OF FREE STATE OFFICIALS. . BOERS WITHDRAW FROM SENEKAL. BOTHA'S AND DE WET'S FORCES. (Received July 11, 10.50 a.m) London, July 10. P. J. Blignant, State of Secretary, R. Dickson, State Attorney, and G. Vantonder, Senior Member of the Executive Council of the Free State, surrendered to the British at Heilbron. The Boers have evacuated the positions round Senekal, and have apparently withdrawn in the direction of Ficksburg and Bethlehem. It is estimated at Pretoria that Louis Botha's and De Wet's commandos number 11,000. Aitken, J. D. King and T. M. FreeAll are doing well and the mnjority will be fib to return by the Waimale.
