BOERS EXPELLED FROM FOURTEEN STREAMS. THE GALLANTRY OF THE YEOMANRY. BRITISH ENCAMPED NORTH OF THE VAAL. SEVERAL THOUSAND BOERS TO THE NORTH. THE ENEMY WITHDRAWN FROM THABANCBU. GENERAL RUNDLE OCCUPIES THEIR POSITIONS. (Received May 9, 12.25 a.m) London, May 8. General Hunter has expelled the Boers from Fourteen Streams. He pays a tribute to the gallantry ofjthe Yeomanry. The British are now encamped on the northern bank. Several thousand Boers still occupy positions to the northwards in a semicircle, It is officially announced that the enemy has withdrawn from in front of Thabanchu, and General Bundle occupies their exceedingly strong positions. The Gymeric with the New Zealanders arrived at Durban, and left again for Beira.
