LABOUR TROUBLES.

Owing to the serious differences at present existing in the ranks of labour in this city the Trades Council has decided to make an attempt to bring about a better state of things. With this object in view, circulars are being sent to every uuion in the city, asking each to send a delegate to a conference to be held ou '2sii prox , to discuss the matter.
